I feel cheated when the blanket is supposed to be two meters by two meters, but it turns out to be only two meters by one‑eighty. That has nothing to do with tolerances anymore when more than 10% of the product is missing. I find this approach pretty close to fraud.

Their return policy is not in line with the Dutch law (herroeppingsrecht). They were gonna send me a blanket in exchange, after emailing back and forth for 3 weeks, the let me eventually know it was not in stock anymore. It's been 4 weeks since I requested a refund / exchange, but neither has happened so far. Not recommended, think twice before ordering!
