Terrible customer service. Took 5 days and 3 emails later to get a response from them.
Cue arrived in a damaged case I was going to send the lot back but they offered to send me a new case the next day.
Still waiting for the replacement case some 9 days later!
Out of principle I will now be returning the whole lot for a refund and purchasing a new cue from elsewhere.
Never again will I use them!!
