Love my cards, but my 10 day turnaround time was not upheld for my submission, while I get you did not predict an uptick in business, neither did I. So waiting almost 30 days on what was to be 10 days especially with reaching out 3 times and not responded to.

We did a group submission, and a couple of the guys had the same named cards they wanted to send in as part of the order. Our solution was to list the entire order on our own first to track the order of submission and thusly whose cards are who's. The order entry page after purchase would not keep anything I entered in any specific order oddly. Your team had to correct it manually on the backend, then boasted as if it were some special favor. If your software doesn't work, that's on you.
