The first instinct basket that I received was defective and parts of the stitching were missing, but you guys were fantastic and sent me a second basket without any questions. But the second basket also had stitching issues so again the quality control standards are very disappointing. I ultimately expected so much better quality from such a well-known company with a higher price point than any other company for the product.
