I specifically purchased two baskets to stop my cats from clawing my furniture. Not successful.

Took a long time to receive it.

Ok.

Easy to order, arrived quickly

It took forever to get to me, I paid through the teeth for it, and my cats prefer the cheap 2nd hand basket. They refuse to get in this one.

Took awhile to get it. Does it come from China?

I have it for about two weeks now, and my cat will not even go in it I feel like I wasted $90

I received both beds relatively quickly - no complaints.

Fast shipping and a good price for what you get

Easy

I placed an order. It arrived. I responded to you request for feedback

When an order is canceled within minuets it should be canceled. When you send a product you should pay the return shipping as most companies do. YOU ARE A RIP OPF COMPANY. I am a child of God. I followed your return policy. I forgive you because God deals with those that take advantage of his children.

Came beautifully and did not take long

she hasn't quite taken to it

no complaints

Easy ordering and came quickly. It was nicely packaged.

I am irritated to have been charged for an expensive item that I never received.

It was fine

Not good!

Cat did start using the basket.

They are nice looking.

see earlier comment...the purchase was ONLY to provide a surface for sharpening the cat's nails...neither cat uses it for this

Terrible company as returns are nit here in usa. Spent a lot of money and cat shows no interest in any of the items and its been a month. My hard earned money out the door

Arrived quickly, easy tracking

Customer service needs to believe the customer company not at all customer friendly

Delivery from out of the country, so there was a delay.

The cat is not interested at All

My cat loves his basket so much, but not the sticks

Customer service was very responsive!

Cats don’t even go near it

The purchase was fine, but my cat did not really take to the product

Took forever to receive them to start

It was easy to purchase but not worth the hype

shopping was fine but if your cat will not use it it’s a waste of money

Came quickly with no issues

Shopping was fine

See the previous notes

I ordered 2 different colours, both basquet arrived the same colour. At the end it is fine, the cats are not complaining about that 🤭

I needed to return the cat bed and in order to get a refund you require I send it back and pay the cost of over $400! That is unacceptable! Obviously, I did not return the item...
