Poor customer service. Have yet to receive item due to company being unable to manage and unwilling to try to contact the shipping provider after the shipping provider made multiple failed attempts to deliver item and left a reason as "address undeliverable".
Then customer service would not assist with a refund due to this issue, but only sent their return policy. ZERO SUPPORT. This cat basket will likely be just as disappointing.
