I’m due a small refund as when I bought new dresses there was a code for money off. There was no place to enter that code but when I contacted the warehouse, they said when my order shipped it would show up on my credit card. Still waiting but I’m sure this was just overlooked. It’s a great company.

One of the items I purchased was backordered, but there was no indication of this when I placed the order on the website. I had to email customer service to find out why my order was so delayed, only to find out about the backorder. When a whole month passed with no further updates, I emailed again for a status, to which I received no reply. My order was then sent out shortly thereafter, but it was a little odd to have received no updates at all without me having to send an email first.
