Easy to purchase, bit of a wait for delivery but because of distance excusable

Bought after onslaught of emails from a fictional Amber. Ordered under their 2 for 1 April 1st offer. Weeks later ONE tiny bra arrived which didn't come close to fastening. No response to my emails. Waiting for my money back after returning bra. I will never do business with this company again. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

I have bought bras from Nuna MOde before and they have been okay.

My bras didn't fit. I have emailed for a proper return address and have not had a reply.

Sizing isn't accurate

No more shopping in shops,l like buying from home, more time to crochet my rugs for palatine care…….i am 85

Take your money and then you have to wait a month to get it then it's the wrong size.

Overall it was acceptable - I needed to return 3 Possy bras that were too small. Canada Post would not accept them - couldn't find a particular number needed, even though they were in original packaging. The service was otherwise satisfactory - timely delivery. I would, however, prefer to speak about this with a live agent.

I ordered 2 bras and used the measurement chart but when I got them they are misted like a small than extra large. I’ve emailed 4 times and no one has replied. I can’t wear them and I don’t know how to return them or get a refund.

It would have been great if someone had actually read the order and sent the correct items. It would have been super great if someone replied to emails!

Thought your advert said buy one get 2 free so was disappointed when the parcel arrived and there was only one in the bag, Come back to me on this please

Quick and easy

Bras were wrong size & I had to give them away.

The website was easy to traverse. I like the idea of being able to order a bra online!

I have a strange idea that you have billed me as an ongoing order because I received a second bra. If this is the case, then the transaction is fraudulent and I expect you to cease and desist from withdrawing money from my PayPal account
