Most things were sold out, hard to see all products at once, not too clear about the shoe properties at first glance such as winter shoes etc. Very unsure how warm your einter shoes would be. Not cold here yet but it turned out they are too slippery to even be called winter shoes. Fine for early autmn I'd say.

The package arrived but it wasn't smooth.
Out of nowhere, I got a message saying that my package couldn't be delivered but no explanation for why. The information on their site was so confusing that I had to contact their support to understand the issue. Their shipping costs is by far the most expensive one I've paid and I couldn't even understand their information. I'm glad the boots were worth the hassle, but I'm not sure I'd buy from you again if GLS still does the shipping.
