This was a christmas gift. I ordered the product beginning of November with a targeted delivery long before christmas. I did not hear any updates so I followed up with customer service. they were very prompt in responding however, i was informed the product was back ordered for Canada and we would not receive until end of January. a week later i got a notification it had shipped and we got it second week of December.
