Product works great out of the box, then deteriorate randomly and quickly. Tech support has been a total hoop jumping game to figure out what's broken between batteries and cables. And in the end it's a cheap cable bringing down my bike season. I only ride at night for 2-3 months and there's no urgency from Magicshine when the gear fails and I need help getting back on the trail.
