It took forever to get the lamp and because it was offshore in China it was hard to talk to people It came without instructions. That was really hard for me to figure it out, but eventually I did. They eventually sent me a video over all the lamp is beautiful. They need to really work on their customer support and experience.

There were several spots on the wood that had been damaged and are in a most prominent location to see the scuffed wood. I will have to see if I can find a paint or concealer to match the wood color to try to cover up the damage. Disappointing that a brand new chair is not in perfect condition.
