Instructions were in Chinese. The pendant was made of a rubbery material. The item description stated that material was metal. I requested a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label. Initially, I was offered a $20+ refund, then a $28 refund. I finally agreed to a $35 refund when I was told it would be at my cost to return it to Hong Kong. Instructions in English were emailed to me. I now have a light fixture that remains in the box since I had already purchased another fuxture.
