Very disappointing experience on many levels and working to resolve with company. Chairs came with extremely strong chemical smell causing my family to be unwell. This smell well exceeded other products with formaldehyde or other harmful chemicals. In addition, the item lacked instructions and could not be assembled, not to mention it was significantly delayed appearing to come from India and originating from China.
