While your product is good, the logistics is terribly slow. It has been 6+ days since I requested for exchange and product got picked, the exchange has still not shipped. It would be best if you can implement a pickup with exchange at the same time. I am sure Bluedart would help with that or go for an express shipping service for exchanges.
