The product itself is great, but the delivery service is absolutely shocking. Orders aren’t dispatched on time and rarely arrive when promised. I’ve had to cancel orders because of the delays, and I’m currently still waiting on a late delivery. I’m not sure why I expected this time to be any different. Until the delivery issues are sorted, it’s hard to rely on ordering again.
