I reached out to customer service and their response was to just wait for the package because of holiday delay.
Well, I needed the package for the holiday. Not now on January 6th.
Terrible customer service.
I want my money back. In this day and age, there are many other similar brands that do not take a month long delivery. I do not recommend this product.
