i purchased a pair of jeans from your website as a christmas present for my fiance. they ended up being a size too big so i’ve sent multiple emails through your site & on gmail to try and initiate an exchange and i have gotten no reply. it’s been a week, and at this point the pants are going to go out of the return window. your site says “100% customer satisfaction!” and you accept returns and exchanges and to expect a reply within 48 hours. but i’ve heard from nobody, except the emails telling me to rate my purchase & to buy more items from your site. i wouldn’t purchase again especially if this doesn’t get sorted out
