I had a small problem with receiving my shirts. The shipment was held up due to bad weather and arrived while I was out of the country. I had my mail on "hold" while I was gone and unfortunately none of my mail was delivered to me after the stop date on the hold. I contacted USPS, explained I had not received any of my "held" mail including a shipment from Bird Bliss. I notified Bird Bliss and they said they would work with me to assure I received my shirts. Two days later they arrived!
