Donner is a solid brand and, from my experience, they did their job well. The product itself meets expectations and reflects good quality and care in development. The real issue is not Donner, but the shipping companies they work with. In my case, and in many others, the problem is the lack of professionalism from the couriers. They often don’t know basic locations, even when the address is completely correct. They don’t call, don’t ask for clarification, and simply fail to deliver.
