In addition to the broken chews I've received, there has been no response to my email regarding such. Prior to that I had helped PnP regarding faulty emails being sent stating PnP was out of a particular flavor of bone. Couldn't get a 'thank you' from the person working those emails. I suggest you get AI to man emails, it would be a much better customer service experience. This is the 3rd request for a review, and my 2nd review of this same order. Glutton for punishment? Try resolving issues.
