The website initially came off as a little suspicious (too good to be true vibes) but was easy to navigate with size charts were easy to use. Payment was hassle free and the confirmation email was quick. I didn't have to use the customer support but read some complaints and responses and feel that if I had needed customer support the response would have been quick.
