I did not receive my order and Noone has helped me.

I initially ordered a size that was too tight. When I contacted customer support to arrange an exchange, they told me to keep the original pair and sent out the new size free of charge. The replacement fits perfectly. Very happy with the product.

Terrible organisation, I ordered on the 26 of November, today is the 16 of December and my order hasn't arrived yet, no one care to follow an update on my order after I complain

Did not receive my order. The courier used gave *one minute* notice and then returned to sender after that single failed attempt. I then had to chase them myself for a refund that I have yet to receive but I keep getting emails asking me to review a product their own system knows I do not possess!
