Customer service was fast and friendly

Ordering was a bit tricky and ended up double ordering two sizes. Got resolved really well though

Shocking bordering on disgraceful customer service. My package was delivered and left outside somewhere at the front of my house. Because of the substandard delivery service used by Reabtec. The delivery provider states on their website to contact Reabtec directly as they are not responsible for any issues concerning missing delivered goods. I truly have no idea what happen to my order, accept that it had apparently been delivered?? Again, awful service.

I think the delivery tracker is a bit weird and could do with updating, but that’s probably the ownership of the postal company.

I ordered the wrong size and after I contacted ReabTec an new set was immediately posted out to me without any questions asked.
