Shipping takes much longer than the site suggest. Also the information pages about returns and refunds and such are dodgy. Make sure you read all the way to the bottom. They hide some important information down there. I did get a response when emailing customer service, but had no luck with the in-site help chat. Responses wait time wasn’t terrible.

I am not happy with my order. It is completely wrong. I paid for the design to be on the BACK of the hoodie but it is in small print on the front. I am satisfied with the SMASHER on the sleeve but I would either like a refund or another one sent out that is done properly please. And possibly one that is thicker and better material as that is very thin and you can feel the embroidery through the back.

This has been the worst item I have ever bought online in my life. The embroidery is extremely poor and has nothing to do with the original photo I submitted to be used. The quality of the material of the cap is extremely low quality. I'm very upset with the purchase that was supposed to be a birthday gift. If your company really considers customers feedback and satisfaction I would expect 100% refund of my money.

Tiuous mailed the embroidered shirts without showing the designs to me for approval. When they finally showed the designs to me, they were laughably bad. Tiuous doesn't have a phone number, and the person who operates the support email played a cat-and-mouse game with me. To make matters worse, I began getting phishing emails posing as PayPal after I placed the orders. ... I just want a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere.
