I ordered 4 items on December 2nd. Three of those items got a tracking label on December 3rd. On December 8th I reached out to check on it because it didn’t move from where it was being shipped from and USPS didn’t have the item yet. The response to my email was “Hello, Would you pls wait few more days for update? USPS always updates late during holiday seaon.”. I spend way too long looking at that email, like why not spell out words and add words to a sentence to make it make sense. My order didn’t move for more a few days, didn’t receive until the 16thand by that time there was a sale on all the items I bought. I opened them to see what they were like and was/am disappointed. They are not as soft as I thought the material and stuffing would be like. I looked at the return policy and basically can’t return if I opened the packaging. Im very sad about this order.
