Aside from the goggles being excellent, the regular tips and lessons have been really helpful. I do feel like I can make adjustments to my swimming by watching the videos and listening to Brenton's advice. I only ocean swim so not sure if Ill be in a position to upload any videos to get feedback on my stroke, but this is a really good start to improving my style and speed.
