Tried to purchase some more recons on a buy 1 get 1 free offer but had issues at checkout which I messaged about, by the time it was replied the offer had finished, couldn’t take up the sale & wasn’toffered option to. Endeded up ordering Flex model but leaked badly, submitted refund request under 30 day policy but told it would need to be “reviewed” before being processed. It’s been 5 days with no update. Hopefully not told it’s exceeded 30days by the time I get reply or have it refused.
