My 1st order was lost. They were very communicative with me during the issue and after almost a month and it still wasn’t here, they resent it. Later I received an email that they were ‘pausing’ subscriptions due to revamping there system. Their communication about that was not as great. The website isn’t as user friendly as it could be, but, Calm Axis for my dog is worth it!
