2ND UPDATE: 12 DAYS NO RESOLUTION.
UPDATE: I originally heard back with a response to my request to return the items with 24 hours. They just said...we will see if we can get approval (which is concerning because there is a 90 day full refund gurantee on the website)...and now it has been a week with no further communication. I have sent follow ups. Starting to feel like they are trying to run the return clock. Hope not.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: So far so good...waiting on help with refund. I contacted the company within 2 days of opening the product. I am a little concerned that I am told I will get a 90% refund when there was a 90 day grantee or 30 days try it gurantee...which we tried it and it didn't work out for us...so not sure why I am having to do a 90% refund. But no confirmation back yet even on that, it's been 4 days. Hoping for a good outcome, for the company to uphold its gurantee and excellent customer service.
