I have tried several times by phone and email to talk with someone in your support staff to get an address to return this Flossing Toothbrush. There has been no response. Very poor company.

Absolute rubbish!

Horrible customer service! After purchasing two Puur Smile Systems as Christmas gifts in Nov.,I received an email a month later stating that they were shipping me additional cleaning tablets and supplies monthly. I contacted them to let them know these were purchased as gifts and that I do not want or need additional supplies for these smile systems. It’s now Jan. 9th, I’ve sent additional emails and still no response from Puur. I’d never buy another product from this company or recommend them.

You ignore every contact for return label

How long does it take to resolve an issue? You know I didn't receive the other products now I just want my money back.

Customer Service always responded when emailed but kinda slow. But finally we worked it out.

Absolutely love the water flosser. I actually enjoy using it. Customer support is tops.

Just a little 🤔 confusion on a computer-generated replacement heads, cleaning tabs and FlossDrop automated $64.17 transaction - Customer service hopefully sends out a Return postage label for my Refund

The product took 2 and 1/2 weeks to get to me, even though it said 2 to 3-day delivery when I ordered. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and came after Christmas.

I really like the products

I’m a 64-year old woman, who has ALL her own teeth in her mouth (including her wisdoms), who hasn’t gone to a dentist in 6+ years. I don’t play with my oral hygiene, and this tool is like a big toy.

The product is really great. I love the convenience of not being tethered to a cord as will as the ability to change heads. Pressure at the 5 level is tremendous and really cleans out any remaining plaque.

False advertising

I don’t think the mouthwash does anything different than over the counter. I’ve been using for 2 months and still notice no difference than my usual go to mouthwash in a bigger bottle.

While I don’t have a problem with the product ordered I do have a problem with you sending unauthorized products and charging my card and then taking more than a week to answer at which point I already had to close my card. Thanks for that.
