I decided to return it based on videos and reviews. Customer Service is not good. The phone number listed to call is for voice messages only, I had to email them several times and threaten to call my cc company before receiving a response. I only agreed to the return (although it’s well within the 30 day timeframe of receipt) if I for pay for shipping (in addition to a restocking fee they withhold). This is absurd because I never open the package so the contents are also unopened.
