The water flosser squirts and stops and squirts and stops its obnoxious!

Cancel my subscription!!!

I had a problem getting the flosser to work and nobody would call me. Wanted me to send a video. A simple call would have helped me figure it out quicker. I did not like that approach.

Waste of money, will contact my credit card bank if PuurSmile does not provide RA.

No customer service, only phone number was provided by my credit card company and the number says call during business hours which I called at 2pm est left several messages nobody ever returned my call.

Customer service needs to improve drastically.

Customer service is outstanding. The product is great and comes in an upscale package with its own bag for travel and storage. The multiple attachments offer a tool for any need I have. My mouth feels fresher and cleaner. My teeth are visibly whiter. If you have any problems with the product, customer service is caring and helpful, and will promptly make things right for you.

Kindly asked for the subscription to be cancelled and was informed that it was already sent but never received it for almost three weeks, asked for a return and your company decided to make a simple situation a horrible one. I want my original equipment returned and refunded as well. I have never worked with such horrid customer service in my life. I actually liked the product when it arrived too. Such a shame!

I wish the toothbrush was electric i think the whole experience would be greatly increased.

Predatory company that illegally makes it very difficult to cancel subscriptions while also creating subscriptions under the ruse of a free gifts

Still so new it’s hard to tell.

Really don’t care for it. I’d like to return it, but it was opened and used or tried to use. Was unable too, just too big and bulky sprays water everywhere.

Did not realize I had signed up for a subscription. In fact, I was literally thinking, “Man. I’m really thankful that I didn’t sign up for a subscription.” Only realized it once I received the package in the mail that cost me another $60. When I sent it back, I did not receive a refund, at least not at this point. So now I’ve had to communicate with them by email. Thankfully, they are somewhat responsive. We’ll see if I get my $60 back.

They are a subscription so make sure to edit your settings as you don’t need everything every month. They helped me fix that right away

You need to let people know that there is an automatic subscription to attachments, etc. They are sent too often to be able to use. You should just be able to buy product separately when needed. Pretty sneaky to do to customers.
