Terrible customer service

The order got messed up and I had to make repeated inquiries to get it straightened out. Items arrived separately and two weeks apart. Customer service folks were pleasant and helpful, but it was t a reassuring experience.

Impossible to return or exchange

No issues at all. I saw that some people have left reviews about their customer service being bad, but I haven’t had to deal with them. Sounds about right with a new small company though. Idk. For me the product was great, and the shipping was the fastest. Can’t complain!

Your return policy should be updated to allow for refunds. I will be far more conservative with my purchases from Haus in the future.

Pretty easy, and decent price for the product

The discount code I received via text was hard to use/not intuitive. I had to go back and restart adding to the cart a couple times in order for it to properly show up when I did finally complete the order I noticed that my size selected was wrong (it had defaulted to small when I had previously been putting in medium). I had to submit for an exchange and go through shipping, I still have not heard back on my order even though I shipped the item back last week.

Not great initially. Customer service fixed all issues but it took time and effort on my end.

Received the wrong size twice. No reply form customer service.

Did 2 exchanges which was a frustrating and confusing process and the shirts still didn’t quite fit. I assume it’s intentional that they don’t state clearly in the order process that there are no refunds and only store credit/exchanges until you actually try to process a return, which feels shady and misleading at best.

Besides the return policy, I am enjoying this company so far. I did respond to an email question and never got a response though.
