Their customer service is horrible — unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to resolve issues. They don’t offer returns, only exchanges, which might sound okay at first, but their sizes are so far off that even trying to exchange is practically impossible. The exchange process itself is frustrating and not worth the effort. Overall, it’s a complete waste of time and
