Very easy. The size chart that is provided on the website helps a lot. My shoe size is between sizes so I went with 10 1/2 rather than 11. I wear soccer cleats size 11 and split casual shoes between 10 1/2 -and 11. I went with 10 1/12 for these shoes so that is had a closer feeling for my foot. Overall easy experience buying
