I finally got my necklace from Saege… after what felt like a full scavenger hunt. Tracking got “lost,” emails went unanswered, and I had to DM, comment on Instagram posts, and submit customer service inquiries twice just to see it arrive.
The necklace itself is nice, but the customer service was honestly a nightmare. No apology, no refund, no free replacement—just a lot of chasing.
