Sooo frustrating. I ordered 3 items, all arriving at different times. The ring was too big and when I emailed for a refund, they said they would not exchange earrings for hygiene purposes. I emailed again to say I was returning a ring and now that the bracelet had arrived, it was too big as well. Unfortunately, the team responded again saying they would not return earrings for hygiene reasons in an extremely condescending way. So disappointed.
