I was dealing with a counterfeit website that said it was spotminders. Unfortunately I placed an order through it and with the help of the true spot minds help center. They were able to inform me that it was a Chinese knock off, and I got billed for the price of the product and then they charge my credit card another $93 that I had no idea what it was about. Spotminders informed me to close my credit card immediately and I was able to before they could charge any more to my card.
