From the very beginning, this order was disappointing. It took far longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did, one of the passport covers would not pair because it was defective.
I contacted customer support immediately, and despite multiple conversations with Carol in Customer Service, I still have not received the replacement unit. I was told it had been shipped, but as of today, nothing has arrived.
Based on this experience, I will never purchase another product from Spotminder
