Customer service was great but the only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is because of how long it took for the book to ship as it was a month after it was supposed to release. IDW is amazing. But PRH and their shipping rates as IDWs new distributor are absolutely atrocious and a total ripoff to the customer. IDW has not responded to multiple emails to return my unopened package or responded about why PRH is only offering expensive shipping through UPS when USPS has media shipping super cheap.
