Both books arrived dented and dinged, and the only recourse is to email them within seven days of receipt while the item goes out of stock online. For a signed a numbered limited edition, you'd think they'd treat the product with a little more respect. Perhaps they will eventually respond to my email, but either way by then the "review window" will have passed. So this is a review given as I wait for a response for replacement on an out-of-stock item. Moral: buy it in person or not at all.
