Regarding the purchase of the new product, I have to say: excellent product. Unfortunately, I have to express total dissatisfaction with the shipping assistance I received. Purchased on August 3rd and received today, September 15th. After having to file repeated complaints despite being repeatedly told that the sender (Worx) should have done it, they elegantly washed their hands of the matter!!!! The support received was practically non-existent. I'm sorry, but my feedback is negative.
