I placed the order on 10/01, the order confirmation states that I would get a notification once the order has been sent within 48hrs but I didn't receive anything. I then had to send follow up email on 20th as I was concerned it would not arrive on time for my trip on 24/01. Luckily it made it to arrive on 24th morning and my flight was in the afternoon. Really got me worried in the mean time.
