I’ve had great communication whenever I had trouble tracking my package or didn’t know what was going on and the shipping was really really long for me, but it’s a busy time of year around Christmas and everything so I know it’s not their fault. I’m sure otherwise shipping would be much faster but I have not experienced any mistakes. Just delays and I have ordered probably about 15 or so. BALISONGS from these guys and everything has been really good except for the Asguard cyg that thing was not

straight forward n perfect

Only 2 stars because the bali came cracked inside the handle. I reached out to customer service and all they could give me was a oh well that it is normal because it is 2 pieces sandwiched together. Didn't offer to ship out a replacement or anything. So i am sorry for that and bad customer service i am giving 2 stars. I will change the review if they ever reach out.

Easy and acceptable delivery. Plus the bag, screwdriver, extra parts, lube, and microfiber cloth makes it not even being just worth, but rather a must. 💯/💯

Initial issue with shipping a gift to Alaska. Order was cancelled and charge credited back. Had it sent to me in New Mexico and I forwarded. I was also concerned about how tariffs worked. Told it should be no problem and it wasn't. Good experience.

Never received any package. Tracking number provided was not associated with any package at China post. My payment was taken but I never got the item I paid for. I never got anything at all… Seller said they would re send it but that was days ago and still no confirmation or order number or any tracking number for a replacement. If I ever receive the item that i paid for I’ll update my review here. But for now it seems I have been scammed.

Aftern more that one month of waiting still waiting. One star is too many.
