My first original order got lost so I reached out to Rad Rascals and Lacey emailed me back right away stating she would send a replacement order and if/when the first order showed up to let them know and they would send me a paid label to send back . However the shirt I had chosen was no longer in stock so I could wait or choose one of the new ones being released, so I did that. New order showed up quick! Very happy with the customer service.
