Never received my order. I got an email that I would get my order from UPS on July 22. Never received it. I contacte support and they apologized and said that it would be sent by USPS and tracking would be sent as soon as it’s shipped. Have not received any tracking emails. I have not received any correspondence from the support team since Wednesday, July 23. I have sent numerous emails and messages trying to get an update and nobody will respond. I have been charged $50 for nothing
