I never got a confirmation email for my order. However I was able to email customer service and they assured me that my order was received. However I did have to request a tracking later as it was not automatically sent to me when it shipped

Shopping is not a problem; however your return policy is not so good. I requested a return authorization and learned that I have to ship them to Germany, that could cost more than the product. Great way to keep from getting many returns!

The shopping process was pretty much the same as other online sites. I prefer shopping in brick and mortar stores so I can see and feel the product before purchase. I was looking for stockings with color and designs so I chose yours, unfortunately they were not particularly attractive once seen in person...

Trash. These aren’t compression socks. Just overpriced knee high socks. They aren’t even tight around the foot. Moderately tight around the leg but nothing compared to an actual compression sock. Took 3 weeks to get here. Misleading product imo. They’re just regular socks.

Excellent service

I've asked for a refund twice now and all I've had is someone from customer service email me back offering me a discount for keeping the socks.

How can I get my money back

Just so simple. Select the size and checkout.

The socks are exactly what I ordered. Love the patterns. Very attractive. The fabric is very nice.

1st time to purchase. Recommended by nurse. Very disappointed in qaulity.
