It was never disclosed that this item was being shipped from and manufactured in China. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. Despite following instructions on freezing the ice packs, the temperature of this device never dropped below 53 degrees Farenheit. This is unacceptable as insulin needs to maintained at 36-43 degrees Farenheit. I want a refund but could not find where I could request one on their website.
