Terrible service and communication. I received no information from them for over 2 weeks despite numerous attempts to contact them. It was only after reporting to PayPal and then again escalation it with PayPal and them contacting Luminova light that I actually received any delivery information. It took almost a month to receive the items to Australia. The information on the website claims very differently. It also claims to have 24/7 customer service for customer satisfaction. I saw none of this because I made 3 attempts to contact them directly and had no response at all.
